SHIPPING

You will receive an auto-generated confirmation when you place your order.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Order processing may take longer during major holidays or special releases. Please note Cotton Citizen does not ship on weekends. 

Please note any orders placed with expedited shipping after 12 pm PST will not be processed until the next business day.

Cotton citizen is unable to ship to P.O. box, APO or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. box, APO or FPO address will be cancelled.

Cotton Citizen will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, our customer service team will contact you.

Cotton Citizen is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, with an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. All orders receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the orders have shipped. All orders are shipped from Haus Of Emichi headquarters in Los Angeles, California, and can be tracked.
